I figured the subject question was a long shot but I'm trying to see if there is a way to make a powder blue aniline dye. Normally to get powder blue, you mix blue with white. There is blue aniline dye but not white so I was wondering if white milk paint could substitute.
Thanks,
Pat

Pat, you could probably use Titanium Dioxide for your white. It's commonly used to make things white. It is a pigment however not a dye.
I have no idea about milk paint.
